I’ve found from my own experiencvaliume in dealing with them that they seem to be hiding their contact information. Many of them are now pushing for their customers to set up online accounts, deal with issues themselves or use that live chat facility. Now I have nothing against them wanting customers to use online accounts and live chats, but sometimes email or phone is easier/better. For this reason, I’ve compiled a list of all the business energy suppliers in the UK, for you to use as you wish.
